We stayed here for two days. This place is very normal and the cost of the rooms is expensive. It's not worth you paying so much for the normal place. The view is really good from the room. The service has to be improved and also should have to improve the hospitality. The wooden rooms are very basic and the bathroom was not up to the mark. No tap and the flow of the water is minimal. It was difficult to manage. I wouldn't recommend you spend so much which is not worth it. They should reduce the price as it doesn't offer anything extraordinary. Almost every other resort gives you such a view and you find many in the same lane. Just don't get flattered by the video they share. You get good options for the amount you pay. It's a normal place with a good view. Just go with the minimum expectation if you choose to stay here.

They can’t run this hotel for long just with the swing. They need to focus on other areas. I stayed there for a night and it was not worth it. 1. The room was very basic with less space to walk. It was a bit smelly too. The hand gun in the washroom was not working (don’t ask me how did I manage 😅). 2. There was no sea view from the room I stayed even though I was told that it was a sea view room. I had to go to balcony to get the sea view. 3. The tables and chairs in the restaurant seating area was full of spider web (I stayed during new year week). New year season is where the resorts are usually fully booked with a lot of tourists. Still they didn’t bother to keep the place clean. 4. IMPORTANT:: Their WhatsApp & Instagram accounts are pretty much unresponsive. They are busy posting photos of the swing. They need to learn how to run WhatsApp & Instagram accounts from Elixir cliff. I would recommend you stay in Elixir Cliff. They have the real sea view. The view from bed is just out of this world.

The place is beautiful, calm, and beach is exactly in front of your eyes. Everyone is helpful and the service is top notch. Food is delicious. Would recommend this place to everyone.

It’s a nice stay. Brilliant cliff view. There is direct access to beach from the cliff. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s worth the price. Clean rooms as well. It’s in the south cliff which is relatively less crowded.

It was really really a great experience. I will definitely recommend this to all of you . Location the beach view and above all the swing which makes us to fly without wings. It's price worthy resort. Reception response and staff response were quite so patient and polite.

The rooms are very beautiful, clean and comfortable... Very pleasant staff and service... The food in their restaurant is also good... It is Value for money :) Room with beach view was beautiful we can see sunrise and sunset. They have a paid hotographer in hotel they will click beautifully. Overall it's worth the price.

Good things about resort was rooms were neat and clean. Good ambience. Room service ppl responded immediately for all our queries and was indeed helpful... Bad points was that ....We reached there by evening 6.30, the entrance gate was kept closed. Upon calling on the booking number , one person came and open the gate and run away...the problem with gate was if it was not hold by someone it will get closed by itself...so one among us has to step down out of the car to hold the gate back....this i saw with all the visitors who came there around the same time and even next day morning...they dont have a dedicated security person for that...also the breakfast was just average for the fees they charge...two option in bf either kerala or english style...for kerala style only puutu with peas curry.... and had to wait for nearly one hr to get it

One of the worst place. Completely paid promotion nothing is there in this property except the swing . Complimentary breakfast u get one small plate of fruits for two people n 3 pice of bread n omelet . They host some private events in the property hence we have to step out from property n it’s not at all comfortable for people who booked the room there to enjoy the sea view as well . It’s not clean . Kitchen n property is maintained in bad condition . It’s way expensive and not a worth penny staying in this property . Very disappointed , if you cannot afford great service at least reduce price . People don’t get fooled by their paid promotion . Nothing great in this property not even half acre property this is
